Email reedck@umich.edu with anything at all. We read everything. Include your username and, if something looks wrong with a bet, the book it came from and roughly when you placed it.
Linking a book
My sportsbook is not in the list.
We support the books SharpSports supports, and that list grows. Tell us which one you use and we will say whether it is coming.
It says my account needs re-linking.
Sportsbooks expire the access you granted, usually after a password change or every few months. Open Link Books and connect it again. Nothing already synced is lost.
Linking failed and I am sure the password is right.
Some books block the connection when two-factor is on, and some need you to be signed in on that device first. If it keeps failing, email us the book name and we will look.
Bets and scoring
I placed a bet and it is not showing.
Bets arrive on a sync rather than instantly, so give it a few hours. If it still has not appeared by the next day, email us.
Why has my bet not scored yet?
Only settled bets count. An open position sits in your record but does not move your ROI until it wins or loses. Voided bets never count either way.
Why can I not see my housemate's pick?
Open positions are private until the bet locks. After that it appears to your house. That rule is enforced in the database, so nobody can see an open bet early, including us.
A bet is wrong or missing.
Email us with the book and the date. We can see what the sync received and tell you whether it arrived wrong or never arrived.
Account
I need to change my username.
Email us. Usernames are unique and we change them by hand.
I want to leave my house or switch.
Email us with the house you want.
Delete my account.
Email us from the address on the account and we will remove your profile, bets, linked accounts, posts and push tokens, and confirm when it is done.
Notifications
I am not getting them.
Check Settings inside the app first, then iOS Settings, where notifications can be off for GreekDuel specifically. We only send results after they happen: your house winning or losing a week, and your own week settling.
